About position

We are seeking a Delivery Project Manager (DPM) to join our Delivery team and take full ownership of client project success. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of data delivery projects, operating at the intersection of client communication, project planning, and cross-functional team management.

You will coordinate teams of solution engineers, supply managers, ML specialists, and other experts as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This is a critical role that directly impacts client satisfaction, operational excellence, and the growth of our delivery business.

Example Projects

• SFT (supervised fine tuning) data generation pipeline producing thousands of prompts and completions weekly across several languages and domains of knowledge;
• Evaluation pipeline helping to estimate LLMs’ responses quality and reaching a throughput of hundred thousands weekly;
• A red-teaming project helping to collect malicious prompts of different kinds to ensure models’ safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction;
• Decompose client timelines into weekly/daily goals and drive team execution;
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Supply, Engineering, ML) and escalate needs when required;
• Monitor delivery metrics: quality, throughput, expert performance, and scalability;
• Lead client communication, ensuring transparency, issue resolution, and identifying new needs;
• Track project financials: cost-per-task, margin awareness, and resource efficiency;
• Consolidate lessons learned and contribute to building delivery best practices;
• Ensure timely submission of project documentation: delivery plans, reports, RCA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical cross-functional teams,
• Experience managing complex projects including discovery, decomposition, scope planning, implementation and adoption;
• Experience in ML, good understanding of LLMs and their life cycle in particular;
• Being generally agile, able to switch quickly to new domains and subjects.
• Strong technical background;
• Client facing experience.

Other important points

• Experience and proactiveness in suggesting process changes is appreciated;
• Language skills beyond English are a plus;
• Python knowledge is a big plus;
• Engineering / analytics / technical consultancy experience is a big plus.
