About the position

We are seeking a Delivery Project Manager (DPM) to join our Delivery team and take full ownership of client project success. You will lead end-to-end data delivery projects, managing client communication, project planning, and cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate teams of solution engineers, supply managers, ML specialists, and other experts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, operational excellence, and our delivery growth.

Example Projects

• SFT (supervised fine-tuning) data generation pipeline producing thousands of prompts and completions weekly across multiple languages and domains;
• Evaluation pipeline estimating LLM response quality, reaching throughput of hundreds of thousands weekly;
• Red-teaming project collecting malicious prompts to ensure model safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction;
• Break down client timelines into weekly/daily goals and drive team execution;
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Supply, Engineering, ML) and escalate needs when necessary;
• Monitor delivery metrics: quality, throughput, expert performance, scalability;
• Lead client communication, ensuring transparency, issue resolution, and identifying new needs;
• Manage project financials: cost per task, margins, resource efficiency;
• Document lessons learned and contribute to delivery best practices;
• Ensure timely submission of project documentation: plans, reports, RCA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical cross-functional teams,
• Managing complex projects from discovery to adoption;
• Knowledge of ML, especially LLMs and their lifecycle;
• Agile mindset, ability to quickly adapt to new domains;
• Strong technical background;
• Client-facing experience.

• Proactiveness in suggesting process improvements is appreciated;
• Language skills beyond English are a plus;
• Python knowledge is a big plus;
• Experience in engineering, analytics, or technical consulting is advantageous.
