Ce rôle exige au moins 5 ans d'expérience, une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, et une connaissance des outils digitaux. Qualifications

• Coordonner les tests et assurer le déploiement réussi des projets.

We are seeking a B2B Digital Project Manager to join our Digital Services team. Responsibilities include managing the development and deployment of digital solutions for business customers via the Business Portal. You will oversee the portal’s development, define and implement strategy, optimize user experience, gather business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as the business owner of group digital solutions. Manage projects using agile methodologies, lead workshops, create training and support materials, coordinate testing, and ensure successful deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital services project management, ideally with portal management or shipping tools for enterprises.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale digital projects with a focus on business needs and customer experience.
