Une entreprise internationale française recherche un Business Relationship Manager pour jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation numérique. Dans un environnement dynamique et agile, vous serez le lien principal entre les unités commerciales et les projets IT. Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en tant que partenaire commercial IT ou gestionnaire d'applications.
  • Expérience en planification stratégique IT et secteur industriel est un atout.

What we will accomplish together:

Do you like working in a fully transversal role in a diverse and agile context, where many things still need to be built? Do you like working in very dynamic environments? This position will allow you to play a key role in Group IT.

Contribute to our development:

You know Group Seb through our brand websites and our products, and wish to participate in the digital transformation of the Group in a dynamic context.

As Business Relationship Manager or IT Business Partner, you will join the Business Relationship Management domain. You will be in charge of a given geographical or functional scope and will be the main contact for our subsidiaries/business units on IT-related topics. You will play a significant role as a Business partner by ensuring that the IT projects are effectively supporting our company strategy.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Understand the strategic objectives and needs of the different local, group, and business stakeholders.
  • Be the main contact and focal point regarding the IT needs of the countries and/or business units of your scope, as well as for all the other stakeholders: you promote, shape, and follow the requests of your perimeter.
  • Moderate the portfolio of requests and projects in your perimeter whilst guaranteeing value at all steps and milestones of the projects (discover, scoping, clear definition of benefits, passage of gates…).
  • Coordinate the IT governance of your perimeter on the aspects of project portfolio, gate passage, annual application reviews, business case reviews, and TCO in order to elaborate IT middle and long-term plans.
  • Communicate to the other Group functions, coordinate the plan and strategic priorities of the company with the application areas and related information functions.
  • Masters with a basic education in business, IT or other, you have overall 10 years experience minimum as IT Business Partner / IT Application Manager / Pre-Sales, ideally in an international context.
  • Experience in IT Strategic Planning (roadmap construction, mapping/application review, budget elaboration) as well as former experience in the industry sector would be an advantage.
  • Team spirit and the ability to solve problems with a strong analytical mindset, thorough and detail-oriented, flexibility, and agility.
  • Notions of French could be an advantage.

Due to the international nature of the role, flexibility will be required for telephone conferences outside of opening hours corresponding to local time zones, as well as for some business trips.
