We are seeking a proactive professional to assist in the development and optimization of our IT Manufacturing Data Warehouses. The role involves building reliable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing data analytics and visualization capabilities. The ideal candidate will engage with business stakeholders to support decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.

At Adient, we offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work remotely up to 5 days per week based on departmental agreements.

What will your responsibilities be

1. Data Warehouse Development: Participate in all aspects of Data Warehouse creation, demonstrating commitment and value addition.
2. Ensure Data Integrity and Reliability: Identify and resolve bugs, validate data, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data assets.
3. Enhanced Data Visualization: Develop Power BI reports to improve data visualization and analysis, supporting better business decisions.
4. Data Warehouse Optimization: Contribute to architecture improvements for more efficient data management and accessibility.
5. Explore AI & ML use cases: Investigate potential applications to further assist business stakeholders in achieving continuous improvements.

Qualifications we are looking for

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience in IT business analysis or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of TransactSQL (TSQL)
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Proficiency in Power BI / Microsoft Fabrics
• Programming skills in Python & .NET (C#)
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience with Azure DevOps Agile processes: Boards, Backlogs, Sprints
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Build & Release Pipelines
• Understanding of Microservice Architectures using Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of business and industrialization processes
• Effective communication with business stakeholders
• Forward-thinking and innovative mindset
