IT Business Analysis Expert (Finance)

CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.
CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

YOUR ROLE:
In order to address its Ship Management ERP (SmartTOUCH) support and evolution, CMA Ships is reinforcing its Digital Solutions team with a position of IT Business Analysis Expert (Finance Module).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
As an IT Business Analysis Expert (Finance Module), you will be responsible for the management, administration, and optimization of the SmartTOUCH Account module.

1. Analysis and Design: collect and analyze user needs, review detailed functional specifications written by the publisher.
2. Project Management: plan, organize, and supervise new requests for development and updating of the account module, respecting deadlines.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, IT, operations) and external partners (solution publisher).
4. Support and Training: Ensure functional and technical support for users.

In this context, your missions are the following:

Application Support

1. Provide level 1/2 technical support for day-to-day application queries and issues.
2. Analyze the root cause, resolve the data management issues, and propose permanent fix (if applicable).
3. Monitor, manage, and solve application problems via the dedicated incident management tool within the OLA.
4. Document issues, observations, and outcomes accurately to escalate issues as required in vendors incident management tool and to ensure the resolution within the SLA.
5. Maintain and create documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices.

Product Evolution

1. Identify, capture, and translate business requirements for technical discussion.
2. Prioritize business needs with Business Stakeholders on the release of functionalities.
3. Document the feedback, suggestions, and business requirements via the dedicated change management tool.
4. Monitor product development to ensure consistency against business requirements.
5. Perform functional test on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business users.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
Must have 3-5 years experience in:

1. Product management and application support.
2. Driving product and process improvements.
3. Providing front end application support.

A maritime culture is highly appreciated for this position. You must be fluent both in English and French.
