Purpose

The IT Architecture & Deployment Leader is responsible for both :

• Performing, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring that implementations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards and DevSecOps practices
• Designing the logical and physical architecture of proposed solutions and providing documentation to justify architectural choices

The role involves on-site IT operations, supporting teams during solution presentations and client engagements, often working closely with pre-sales, program, product, and technical experts across multiple sites and countries. The IT Lead proposes innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with technical project constraints.

Responsabilities :

• Propose innovative solutions for on-premise and/or cloud-based systems
• Lead, execute or support IT deployment activities
• Ensure that deployment processes are automated, repeatable, and aligned with DevSecOps practices
• Design and document logical and physical IT architectures
• Support pre-sales and program teams in presenting and defending solutions to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different sites

Requirements

Experience or knowledge in most of the following areas is expected:

Architecture & Infrastructure:
- High availability architectures
- Relational databases
- Operating systems: Linux and Windows
- Networking and security
- Virtualization and containerization
- Cloud platforms would be a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

IT Deployment:
- IT deployment planning and execution
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Ansible,…)
- CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins,…)
- Configuration management
- Monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK stack,…)
- Rollback and disaster recovery strategies

Profile

- Engineering degree with over 3 years of experience in IT deployment
- Proven experience in defining, designing, and building IT architectures
- Strong knowledge of system administration (Linux/Windows) and infrastructure technologies (storage, networking, firewalls, virtualization/containers)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Capable of managing and tracking activity costs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Autonomous with strong reporting capabilities
- Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in a second language is a plus
