Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Architect / RTE for Conformity & Attestation (f/m) to join our Configuration Management Product Service Line (DPC) department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team responsible for configuration management activities, especially Conformity & Attestation, essential for aircraft deliveries. The team environment promotes growth and development for members.

This role is within IM's Configuration Management PSL (CM PSL), providing IT tools to secure configuration management and improve performance, crucial for Airbus's transformation under DDMS.

As an IT Architect for Conformity & Attestation:

• Define vision and strategy for IT products and services.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define solutions.
• Work with development teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in all development phases.
• Align architecture with business goals.

As an RTE on the Conformity & Attestation ART:

• Facilitate ART processes and execution.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and System Architects.
• Manage project roadmaps and budgets.
• Organize ceremonies and manage backlogs.
• Coach teams in Agile practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality.
• Manage risks and dependencies.
• Support budget and supply chain management.

Applications used include SAP (PAC, PEA, PDA, PGI), MySI, MOPO, MyPortfolio, ServiceNow, VersionOne, and others.

This role requires awareness of compliance risks, acting with integrity, and ensuring company reputation and growth.

Proficiency in SAP (PAC, CAIR, AIR), Airbus tools (APS, PDM, ARP), and experience in Configuration Management and related domains are required.

Leadership, communication, project management skills, and Agile/Scrum experience are essential. Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus. Ability to work under pressure is necessary.

Salary range: 50,000 to 55,000 €/year, including performance-based variable. This is indicative.
