Micropep is a French biotech company focusing on sustainable crop protection. The IT apprenticeship role offers hands-on work in a modern Microsoft environment and exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, and automation projects.

The candidate will support daily IT operations, deploy Windows workstations, and help manage Microsoft 365 services while learning best practices in IT service management. This is a 6+ month alternating stage at HQ Auzeville-Tolosane.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Systems & Networks, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support.
• Prepare, deploy, and maintain Windows workstations.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and groups within Microsoft 365.
• Support Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device management and application deployment.
• Participate in network administration activities (Wi-Fi, VPN, switching, firewall).
• Monitor and investigate security alerts using Microsoft Defender.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Contribute to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation projects.
