Description du poste

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Identify growth opportunities, define strategies, prioritize sales plays, and develop go-to-market execution plans to ensure Microsoft realizes its full growth potential with the customer.
  2. Executive Engagement to grow & transform business: Identify and engage with customer executive stakeholders to generate new business and build strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
  3. Customer Obsession: Act as a customer advocate focused on helping drive co-innovation and joint go-to-market strategies. Win strategic partnerships, land AI Alliance, and unlock the joint potential of two tech leaders.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence across the company to achieve business goals by activating OneMicrosoft, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned with the strategy and messaging to the customer.
  5. Deal Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure. Lead deal opportunities across stages, resolving issues as an escalation point.
  6. Project Management: Manage projects in alignment with strategic goals. Share successes, best practices, and learnings internally and externally.
  7. People Management: Drive account team growth and development, orchestrate around top priorities, and manage performance.
Qualifications
  1. Proven years of experience in building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with startups and unicorns, with a focus on digital transformation.
  2. Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong understanding of the ISV ecosystem.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and drive strategic initiatives.
