Qualifications

• Identifier et rassembler les besoins des utilisateurs concernant l'application REFLEX.
• Surveiller les incidents liés à l'application REFLEX et proposer des solutions.

As a REFLEX Consultant, you will join our International Distribution Center (IDC) located in Saint-Vulbas (01). You will provide support for the existing solution for RUN activities and implement future projects (upgrades and industrial projects). This solution is directly integrated with WCS, SAP, and labeling tools.

Our team is international and multicultural, providing a dynamic environment conducive to knowledge sharing and learning opportunities. You will report to the IS Domain Manager Supply Chain, within a team of 10 people.

What will your mission be at bioMérieux?

• Identify and gather the needs of IDC users regarding the use of the REFLEX application.
• Define and write detailed functional specifications for REFLEX application development projects.
• Monitor incidents related to the REFLEX application and propose rapid and effective solutions.
• Propose solutions aligned with IDC needs and REFLEX standards.

Who are you?

• University degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in information systems.
• Technical and functional expertise of the REFLEX Web WMS solution is required.
• Knowledge of the ecosystem (SAP, TDI, WCS, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in a life sciences industrial environment.
• Ability to communicate with internal partners (operational teams, site management, IS teams).
• Structured, you know how to document and share your knowledge.
• You demonstrate a spirit of continuous improvement.
• Fluency in French and English is key.
