IP Solution Manager – End of studies Apprenticeship (m/f)

Job Location: Nantes

Main Responsibilities

• Promote new Huawei IP network solutions in the market. Examples: Switching, Wi‑Fi, WAN/SD‑WAN Routers, SDN Solutions.
• Carry out technical demonstrations. Maintain and develop a demonstration platform based on available hardware and software, and write documents such as user guides.
• Write technical presentations in French.
• Understand the technical‑commercial advantages and perform competitive analysis on market solutions.
• Develop pre‑sales activity in support of the Senior Solution Manager.
• Manage the partner network with the Channel Manager; respond to technical requests from partners and end customers.
• With Account Managers, prepare financial‑technical proposals on Huawei solutions for partners and end customers.
• Monitor technology developments to make Huawei products and solutions more competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications).
• Experience in campus networks (LAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN) as a network administrator.
• Ability to convert the customer’s business requirements into a technical solution.
• Ability to cope with multiple loads in parallel.
• First‑level certification (e.g., Huawei/Cisco/HP/Juniper) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

Soft skills

• Ability to work autonomously when the assistance of a senior is not required, including using all available resource materials and tools.
• Effective interpersonal skills – experience in tendering for projects is welcome.
• Ability to work in an international environment, with adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast‑growing organization.
