CMA CGM is looking for a leader to manage the Invoicing team in Marseille. You will oversee operational performance, ensure compliance, and drive budget monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and has over 5 years of experience in invoicing and finance operations, with strong leadership and analytical skills. You will also contribute to team development, optimize processes, and represent the team in cross-functional projects. This position provides an opportunity to participate in the digital transformation of the department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in invoicing, accounts receivable, audit or operational finance, including team management.
• Strong understanding of invoicing processes, budget monitoring and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls and audit practices.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and transforming environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate and drive the operational performance of the Invoicing team.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness of invoicing.
• Contribute to the preparation of the department’s annual budget.
• Draft, formalize and update procedures within the scope.
