Une entreprise de gestion d'actifs dynamique recherche un Agent des Services aux Investisseurs pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la production de rapports mensuels pour des fonds publics et de la création de supports de communication marketing. Vous interagirez avec des clients et des partenaires internationaux, tout en développant de nouveaux processus pour automatiser les rapports manuels. Qualifications

• Expérience pertinente dans une société de gestion d'actifs avec une solide compréhension des actions.
• Maîtrise des compétences avancées en Excel, y compris Factset et VBA.

Responsabilités

• Rapport mensuel pour des fonds publics et production de rapports clients.
• Création de supports de communication marketing, y compris RFP et DDQ.

Description du poste

We are working with an asset management firm with a strong presence globally. They are dedicated to delivering long term investments with their wide range of international clients. They are looking for an Investor Services Officer to join their team in Paris. As part of the Investor Services team, your responsibilities will involve interacting with the RFPs, sales & marketing team globally.

About the role :

• Experience reporting monthly fact sheets for public funds, fund reporting for global clients, as well as non standard reporting and production of client reports.
• Respond to information requests from clients, prospects, consultants, and partners.
• Create marketing communication materials, including RFPs and DDQs.
• Assist the Investor Relations team globally, and manage and update internal consultant databases.
• Develop and implement new processes, such as automating manual reports.

About you :

• Proficient in English and French with strong written and spoken, as will be communicating with English clients.
• Master's degree from a relevant field, or appropriate experience.
• Relevant experience within an asset management firm, with a strong understanding of equities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Factsect, VBA)
