The Team:
- An international team (French, British, German, Polish, Canadian, US, Japanese, etc.) with diverse backgrounds in investment, medical, scientific, strategic, and operational sectors.
- Alumni from INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Experience from Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, Capiton, Partners Group), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary).
Your role :
Fundraising
- Support the strategizing, planning, and execution of fundraisings alongside the Head of Investor Relations and top management, including market analysis, preparing marketing materials (VDR, pitch decks, PPM, DDQ), and legal and fund structuring.
- Expand the firm's global investor network, deepening existing relationships and cultivating new prospects.
- Articulate and promote the firm's story, strategy, performance, and impact at investor conferences and events.
- Develop and execute formal fundraising pitches and roadshows throughout the fundraising process.
IR Operations
- Manage the firm's IR activities, including quarterly and annual fund and co-investment reporting, LP requests, secondary transfers, etc., in collaboration with Finance, Impact, and Investment teams.
- Lead planning and execution of the annual Investor General Meeting (AGM) with the Communications team.
Co-investments & GP-led secondaries & other vehicles
- Assist with co-investment programs, supporting existing investors and external private equity community, and facilitate co-investment opportunities with deal teams.
- Contribute to strategic development of ARCHIMED's fund lines, including structuring and raising GP-led secondaries when relevant.
Aptitudes and Skills:
- Experienced IR professional with relevant experience in investor relations and fundraising with institutional investors.
- Financial acumen, comfortable with modeling, frameworks, and due diligence.
- Knowledge of market practices, products, legal structures.
- Resourceful in data search and interpretation, able to translate data into insights.
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex topics clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, inspiring confidence and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales processes within financial services/private equity, with prospecting and pipeline management skills.
- Solid financial background, understanding fund structuring, performance metrics, and portfolio financials.
- Creative problem-solving skills and proactive market opportunity identification.
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience in relationship management and network building.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
