Qualifications:

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of market trends and product offerings.
• Knowledge of BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services.
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course / IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative.
• Understanding of Risk Management & Compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer needs and provide wealth and investment-related sales and service.
2. Advise customers on investment strategies and products.
3. Fulfill sales and service activities following approved procedures.
4. Make outbound calls to customers and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
6. Provide professional sales and service for customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
7. Achieve sales targets with a focus on relevant investment products.
8. Manage transactional outcomes or refer to appropriate teams.
9. Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
10. Complete documentation after customer interactions.
11. Maintain knowledge of investment markets and trends.
12. Integrate marketing promotions into customer conversations when appropriate.
13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.
14. Handle escalations and analyze issues to determine next steps.
15. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $37,500.00 - $69,500.00

Pay Type: Salaried, with potential for bonuses and incentives. Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
