Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance from a business school or university.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a financial institution or consulting.
• Knowledge of Private Credit / Special Situations.
• High interest in AI tools and data-driven approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Participate in day-to-day fundraising activities for Private Debt ISG.
• Prepare, review, and submit responses to client and prospect requests (DDQs, RFPs, ad hoc requests).
• Create, update, and enhance marketing materials for fundraising and new fund launches (presentations, decks, PPMs, DDQs).
• Supervise analysis and interpretation of fund and portfolio data for marketing and investor reports.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of all documents and client-facing materials.
• Monitor industry trends and promote team participation in sector events and conferences.

Investment Specialist – Private Markets

As a member of the Investment Specialist Group (ISG), you will be a key driver of TKO’s fundraising activity across the award-winning business lines of the firm. The role will mainly focus on Private Debt.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Private Debt Investment Specialist team in London, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all outputs.
• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of responses to client and prospect requests (including Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests for Proposal, and ad hoc requests), collaborating closely with investment, sales, risk, ESG, legal, and other functions of the firm.
• Participate in the creation, update, and enhancement of marketing materials supporting fundraising activities and new fund launches (presentations, pitch decks, private placement memorandums, DDQs, etc.) for Private Debt strategies.
• Supervise the analysis, compilation, and interpretation of fund and portfolio data for use in marketing, investor reports, and quantitative due diligence.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of all prepared documentation and client-facing materials.
• Actively monitor industry trends and the specialized press, keep the team informed on relevant market developments in private credit, and promote the team’s participation in key sector events and conferences.

Profile

• Master’s degree with a major in Finance (or relevant related discipline) from a business school or university
• Proven professional experience (2-3 years) in a financial institution or in the consulting field with a knowledge of Private Credit / Special Situations
• Committed, highly motivated, curious, and proactive
• Well-structured with an analytical mind, and can present concepts and ideas clearly
• Attention to detail, precision and accuracy are critical requirements of the role
• Candidate needs to show high interest in and agility with AI tools
• PowerPoint and advanced Excel are required, programming and data management beneficial
