Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Paris seeks Associates to develop and strengthen client relationships, participate on advisory teams, and structure and execute a full range of financial transactions. You will build financial models, prepare client presentations, and manage transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Native French language skills required.
• Strong ability to work in teams across regions.
• Proven track record of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Minimum 3 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships on advisory teams and in structuring and executing transactions.
• Create and analyze financial models; organize client presentations and manage transaction processes.
• Lead due diligence, coordinate tax attorneys and bankers, and negotiate legal documentation.
