This opportunity is ideal for an analytically sharp, commercially minded individual with prior deal exposure and a passion for investing. The role offers full lifecycle investment exposure working from origination and due diligence through to value creation and exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior investors on deal execution, financial modelling, due diligence, and market analysis
• Participate in investment committee discussions and contribute to investment recommendations
• Engage directly with management teams, advisers, and co-investors
• Conduct strategic reviews and assist with value creation initiatives across the portfolio
• Support exit strategies and realisation processes for mature investments

Candidate Profile

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in investment banking, or private equity
• Strong academic background from a top-tier institution
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills; highly analytical and commercially astute
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
• Fluent in French and English; additional European language (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Nordic) is a plus
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
