DATA4 is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Investment team in Paris. You will help set growth and funding strategy, evaluate opportunities, and support M&A and greenfield acquisitions across data center assets.

You will work closely with senior management, perform financial analyses, build models, and help prepare board materials and strategic plans in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, management, finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in investment M&A and/or banking with exposure to data centre, real estate and/or infrastructure industries.
• Fluency in English and French; another European language is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Underwriting investment opportunities.
• Preparing marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Assisting in/driving DD workstreams.
• Performing complex financial analysis and valuations.
• Modelling the impacts of returns to the business or portfolio.
• Assisting investment and finance teams with other corporate development transactions, including financings and acquisitions.
• Helping prepare board materials.
• Maintaining the business plan model.
