Role Overview

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Investment Advisors. This is a commission-only position with the potential to earn $250,000 or more annually through our lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire high-net-worth (HNW) clients across multiple regions.
  2. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with veteran hedge fund managers to refine strategies and proposals for prospective clients.
  3. Relationship Building: Partner with regional managers to expand Balfour’s international footprint.
  4. Client Management: Maintain and update Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for each account originated.
  5. Market Awareness: Stay informed about global economic trends, market shifts, and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within financial services.
  2. Network: Established connections with high-net-worth clientele.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  4. Skills: Strong relationship development, risk awareness, and a consultative selling approach.
  5. Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and ready to manage evolving client needs in a dynamic global market.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Earning Potential: Commission-only structure with weekly payouts; top performers can earn between $100,000 and $500,000 or more annually.
