Job Summary:
As a Inventory Supervisor (F&B), you will be responsible for managing the inventory and storage of food and beverage items, ensuring efficient stock control and compliance with food safety standards. You’ll work closely with the purchasing, kitchen, and F&B operations teams to support smooth daily operations across the property.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the full cycle of F&B inventory management, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records with proper rotation (FIFO).
  2. Inspect deliveries to ensure they match purchase orders, checking for quality and quantity, and reporting any discrepancies or spoilage to procurement or management.
  3. Organize storage areas to maintain proper conditions for various stock types (chilled, frozen, dry) and ensure hygiene and cleanliness according to food safety standards.
  4. Coordinate the timely issuance of items to kitchen and bar teams, while keeping inventory systems updated and accurate.
  5. Prepare regular reports on stock levels, usage, and potential shortages or excess, and collaborate closely with the purchasing, kitchen, and F&B teams to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

  1. At least a Bachelor's degree in a related major (e.g., Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Business).
  2. Proven experience in a storekeeping or inventory control role within F&B or hospitality.
  3. Strong understanding of food safety and storage best practices.
  4. Familiarity with inventory systems/software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, hotel F&B systems).
  5. Basic math and accounting knowledge.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 10.000.000 - 13.000.000 / month.
