Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily inventory operations, including stock counting, data entry, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams.
  • Maintain inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of goods.
  • Train and lead inventory staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to track inventory movement.
  • Prepare and submit inventory-related reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
