The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) invites motivated students to join its six‑month transformation internship in Paris. The role gives hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives, project portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and organizational transformation in an international setting.

Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris, the full-time internship (35 hours/week) starts in October 2026 and includes a monthly gross stipend of about €900, meal vouchers, and

• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches supporting transformation objectives.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and materials for management discussions.
• Support collection and consolidation of information used for decision-making and project follow-up.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to enhance ways of working.
• Work with colleagues across departments to gather information, requirements, and feedback.
• Support communication and change management activities related to transformation initiatives.

The role

We are seeking a motivated intern to join the Transformation Team for a six-month internship. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands‑on exposure to strategic initiatives, project portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and organisational transformation activities within an international environment.

Requirements

We would love to hear form you if you:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Organised, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in an international environment.
• Previous exposure to project management, consulting, business analysis, or transformation activities is an advantage but not required.

• You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
• Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must holdan appropriate visafrom the French consulate.
• Non‑EU residentsare required tohave valid papers before applying (long‑stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
• Internsare required tohandletheir own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
• Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six‑month internship programme is full‑time with an average working week of 35 hours.
