AXA EssentiALL à Paris recherche un chef de projet junior pour soutenir des études de marché et des recherches sur l’inclusion financière en Europe. Vous identifierez des partenaires potentiels et contribuerez à la coordination globale des projets avec AXA HQ et les entités du Groupe.

Le poste exige le français et l’anglais, des compétences analytiques et une aptitude à résumer des informations issues de sources variées. Cadre hybride avec opportunités de mobilité interne.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
• Compétences analytiques et capacité de planification.
• Capacité de synthèse à partir de sources variées.
• Intérêt pour le développement et les enjeux sociaux (inclusion financière).
• Intérêt marqué pour la gestion de projets et la transformation stratégique.

Responsabilités

• Conduire des recherches sur les tendances de marché ou segments de clients.
• Identifier les acteurs clés, plans nationaux et acteurs du secteur financier inclusif.
• Réaliser des analyses pour soutenir le développement commercial et les partenariats européens.
• Participer à la coordination globale et à la gestion de projets avec AXA HQ.
• Contribuer à la production de supports externes et internes (communiqués, newsletters, etc.).

Within AXA EssentiALL, AXA’s inclusive insurance business unit, your will join our team as project leader focusing on European geographies.

Determined to be an insurer with a positive impact, AXA continues to take action to reduce insurance inequalities around the world. AXA EssentiALL is dedicated to protecting low-to-middle income populations in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe to help them secure their socio-economic trajectories. We are developing insurance solutions to underinsured and ill-served populations covering 20 million customers worldwide by 2026.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

Support market and consumer research:

• Lead research on market trends or specific segments of customers
• Identify main actors and competitors, legal schemes, national plans on financial inclusion and inclusive insurance.

Support business development efforts and project management in our different European Markets:

• Conduct research and analysis on potential partners to support new business generation, prepare discussion materials to present to potential public or private partners.
• Take part to the global coordination and project management alongside other stakeholders at AXA HQ and within our entities.
• Support partnership and stakeholder outreach by taking part in production of communications materials both external (e.g., position AXA in industry and think tank reports, articles and interviews, events, etc.) and internal (e.g., team governance, newsletters, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are

• Fluency in French and English (oral & written). Another European language is a strong plus (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German…)
• Analytical skills with strong planning ability, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Capacity to consolidate and summarize information from varied sources.
• Experience in / interest for development and social issues. Knowledge of financial inclusion is a strong plus.
• Strong interest in project management, intrapreneurship, business strategy & transformation.
• MS Office: Word, Excel & Power Point – advanced level (mandatory)
