Coty SA is seeking a Product Manager Assistant internship for six months starting January 2027 to support the Marni Fragrances team. You will help develop a brand-new project, participate in product development, and follow up on packaging, sets, and GWP activities.

You will work across internal studios, 360 teams, and gifting, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You are a marketing or business student with previous internship exposure, able to balance

• Participate in product development projects for Marni Fragrances.
• Support project follow-up: pack design, sets, GWP development, artworks.
• Develop 360° initiatives (communication, digital, retail, gifting) with brief prep and agency coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop GWP, gifting elements, and training tools.
• Prepare presentations for internal meetings, fashion house meetings, retailers meetings.

PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT MARNI

Internship for 6 months from January 2027

As our PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT, you are/ your main focus is to help the team develop a brand-new project for Marni Fragrances

Your main focus

• Participate in product development projects
• Projects development follow up (pack design, sets, GWP development, artworks…)
• Development of the 360° (communication & digital, retail, art of gifting…) : brief preparation and development follow up with external agencies (visual assets shoots, post production, mock ups…) and internal
• Collaborate with support team to develop GWP, gifting elements, training tools elaboration …

Responsible for markets analysis, competition, trends

• Competition range analysis (range, line up, pricing ) , competition activation best practices, performance analysis, trends and new brand launches, fashion house follow up.
• Help the team for daily tasks such as presentations for internal meetings, fashion house meeting, retailers meetings, projects information’s to countries

The team consists of a senior product manager and a marketing director, and you will work closely together with several departments such as internal studio, 360 teams (communication & digital, retail, business development) training, gifting team.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• You are a student in marketing or business major in business school, with a strong sensibility to fragrances and cosmetics. You have already an experience/ previous internship in marketing development, and you want to grow further in this direction.
• You are combining skills in creativity with an analytic spirit.
• You are curious, organized, are at ease to manage and prioritize with several tasks in parallel to monitor project management.
• You have good communication skills to work with different people, like to participate and bring new ideas.
• You are dynamic and like to work in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are client oriented, problem solving and master the English language.
• You are a Gen-Z at heart and a trend addict !
• And you are mastering computers tools (excel, powerpoint …)
