Coty is seeking an Assistant Global Business Development intern for Chloé & Marni Fragrances in Paris, starting January 2027. You will work across two luxury brands, combining strategic thinking, business analysis and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

Assistant Global Business Development Chloé & Marni Fragrances Intern

As Assistant Global Business Development Chloé & Marni Fragrances Intern, you will work across two distinctive luxury brands.

This role combines strategic thinking, business analysis and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

As our Assistant Global Business Development Chloé & Marni Fragrances, your main focus is analysis, coordination and strategy.

You will support the team in developing Chloé and Marni Fragrances across international markets. You will contribute to business analysis, launch preparation and strategic projects, while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your main focus:

• Analyze Sales, Distribution and Market Performance to support business decisions.
• Prepare strategic presentations, business reviews and recommendations for key projects.
• Coordinate product launches and commercial initiatives with markets and cross-functional teams
• Support international business opportunities across retailers, channels and geographies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, Trade Marketing and Fashion House.

The team is part of the Consumer Engagement organization, under the supervision of a Senior Business Development Manager. You will work closely with several departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Operating Office. Your colleagues are collaborative, international, business-oriented and passionate about fragrance.

Working in the team means being involved in a wide variety of strategic and operational topics, while taking ownership of meaningful projects from the beginning of the internship.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to combine analytical thinking, business curiosity and strong organizational skills. As an Assistant Global Business Development, you are structured, proactive and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you:

• Are currently completing a Master’s degree and looking for a final‑year internship in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Are highly comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy working with data and presentations.
• Have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Are fluent in French & English
• Show curiosity for the beauty, fragrance and luxury industries.
