ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an Intern Procurement (m/f/d) to support procurement and supply chain activities. This role requires regular onsite presence at our Strasbourg location.

You will assist with RFQs, PRs, POs, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking while maintaining accurate data and documentation. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant degree program, fluent in French and English, with strong communication, attention to detail, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken French and English; German a plus.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, structured way of working.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable administrative and coordination tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end procurement activities in Yooz (RFQs, PRs, POs).
• Coordinate approval workflows with Tech and Finance.
• Monitor procurement data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support tracking of inventory processes in Inventory One.
• Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Liaise with suppliers on availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Assist customs-related coordination for incoming shipments.

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an Intern Procurement (m/f/d) to support our procurement and supply chain activities. In this role, you will help manage procurement operations, supplier coordination, inventory follow-up, and customs-related processes.

Please note that this role requires regular onsite presence at our Strasbourg location.

Key responsibilities

• You will support end-to-end procurement activities in Yooz, including Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Purchase Requests (PRs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
• You will coordinate approval workflows with internal stakeholders, especially across Tech and Finance.
• You will monitor and maintain procurement-related data and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• You will support the tracking and follow-up of inventory processes in Inventory One
• You will maintain and update the supplier database.
• You will liaise with suppliers on availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• You will support customs-related coordination for incoming shipments, depending on the country of origin.
• You will contribute to smooth day-to-day purchasing operations and help improve procurement processes where needed.

Profile required

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken French and English skills; German is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, structured way of working.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable approach to administrative and coordination tasks.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with digital tools and systems.
• Interest in procurement, supply chain operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in the space industry is a plus.
