Job summary

Danone, siège d'Evian-Les-Bains, propose un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier 2027 dans le cadre du Category Management. Vous travaillerez avec l'équipe achats pour collects données, suivez les stocks, et participez à des projets d'optimisation et de durabilité.

Profil Bac+4/5, maîtrise d'Excel et intérêt pour la comptabilité et les équipes métiers. Rémunération brute mensuelle entre 1 300 et 1 500 €, avec 2 jours de télétravail possibles et avantages variés.

Qualifications

• Disponible à partir de janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois.
• Bac+4/5 dans université, grande école ou école d'ingénieurs.
• Qualités personnelles: organisé, rigoureux et autonome.
• À l'aise avec Excel et notions comptables.

Responsibilities

• Collecter et mettre à jour les données catégorielles et les bases de données (BCP, bouteilles, bouchons et préformes).
• Gérer le niveau de stock de sécurité mensuel et suivre les niveaux fournisseurs.
• Soutenir les acheteurs sur la tarification des emballages et la validation dans le système.
• Contribuer à la gestion de projets en coordonnant les fournisseurs et en collectant les informations category.
• Collecter les KPI qualité et supply pour les revues SRM et aider à atteindre les objectifs de productivité.
• Suivre la performance des fournisseurs et contribuer à des projets d'amélioration et de sécurité d'approvisionnement.
• Explorer des initiatives de durabilité et de réduction CO2 et mesurer leur impact.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:This internship will take place in Evian-Les-Bains, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Jeremy, EU Preform and Cap Buyer in the team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

Category management :

• Category data collection: Gather and update data for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) files; Update category databases for plastic bottles, caps & closures and preforms; track molds/capacity/BCP status.

• Safety stock level management: Monitor monthly supplier stock levels (raw materials and finished goods) for all bottling solutions

• Supporting Buyers on packaging pricing confirmation and validation in the system.

• Project management: Support the buyer/stakeholders on project management connecting/following up with suppliers to gather information on the category if needed.

Supplier Relationship management & Project management

• Collect inputs ahead of SRM review: Gather supplier quality data KPIs and supply KPIs in preparation for SRM reviews and help deliver performance objectives (productivity, negotiation).

• Tracking supplier performance progress toward the year.

• Support development, productivity and supply security projects: Actively contribute to project implementation by coordinating suppliers, supporting negotiations, identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring supply risk mitigation across the category

Market scouting & Sustainability initiatives:

• Sustainability benchmark: Explore and identify potential initiatives to reduce CO2 and bring greener operation to the category and quantify impact through material lightweighting, sub-supplier energy consumption, waste management…

• Scouting Market and drive productivity and optimisation initiatives

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
