Danone is seeking a motivated intern for its Evian-Les-Bains headquarters to support category management and supplier relations. The role involves data collection, stock monitoring, and collaboration with multiple teams to drive projects.

Ideal candidates are Bac+4/5 students with strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy, comfortable with Excel and financial concepts. The internship runs from January 2027 for six months, with up to two remote days per week and reimbursement benefits.

Responsabilités

• Assist category management tasks: data collection, updating databases, monitor stock levels.
• Support supplier relationships: SRM prep, KPI tracking, and negotiations.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and market scouting.
• Participate in project management and cross-functional coordination with buyers and suppliers.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE This internship will take place in Evian-Les-Bains, at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Jeremy, EU Preform and Cap Buyer in the team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role

Category management

• Category data collection Gather and update data for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) files; Update category databases for plastic bottles, caps & closures and preforms; track molds/capacity/BCP status.
• Safety stock level management Monitor monthly supplier stock levels (raw materials and finished goods) for all bottling solutions
• Supporting Buyers on packaging pricing confirmation and validation in the system.
• Project management Support the buyer/stakeholders on project management connecting/following up with suppliers to gather information on the category if needed.

Supplier Relationship management & Project management

• Collect inputs ahead of SRM review Gather supplier quality data KPIs and supply KPIs in preparation for SRM reviews and help deliver performance objectives (productivity, negotiation).
• Tracking supplier performance progress toward the year.
• Support development, productivity and supply security projects Actively contribute to project implementation by coordinating suppliers, supporting negotiations, identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring supply risk mitigation across the category

Market scouting & Sustainability initiatives

• Sustainability benchmark Explore and identify potential initiatives to reduce CO2 and bring greener operation to the category and quantify impact through material lightweighting, sub-supplier energy consumption, waste management...
• Scouting Market and drive productivity and optimisation initiatives

For this position, we are looking for someone
