Euronext is seeking an M&A Analyst intern for our Paris office, starting 4 January 2027. You will conduct research, screen targets, prepare memos, and build financial models to support senior management and strategic committees.

The role reports to the Head of M&A and offers exposure to high-impact corporate finance projects in Europe. Ideal candidates are final- or penultimate-year students from top schools, with prior internships in corporate finance, M&A, or strategy consulting.

Qualifications

  • Final- or penultimate-year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school.
  • Prior successful internship in Corporate Finance, preferably M&A, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language would be a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Conduct comprehensive company and industry-level research.
  • Monitor sectors and screen for potential acquisition targets.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management, the Board and strategic committees.
  • Develop, maintain and update financial models.
  • Perform valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Support due diligence and post-closing integration activities.
