Danone France offers a 6-month internship reporting to the Global Head of Capabilities & Protocols, focusing on building SIA capabilities, governance of new research methodologies, and development of a worldwide learning program. You will collaborate with internal and external partners and support the team in shaping its identity and ways of working for 2027.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

You will be supporting the Global Head of Capabilities & Protocols in driving the CCF team’s main agenda and critical activities in 2027 :

• Primarily focused on further strengthening SIA Capabilities in the company, which includes the governance and improvement of new research methodologies and research protocols implemented in the past 2 years, as well as the development and rollout of the Worldwide SIA organization’s learning and development programme.
• You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
• You will also play a role in helping the Global S&I CCF Team establish its team identity, ways of working, vision, mission, and values in 2027 and beyond.

PLUS POINTS OF THIS JOB:

• Up to 2 days/week of remote work

• Full reimbursement of Navigo pass

• "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.

• Compensation from €1,300 (Master 1 and gap year) to €1,500 (Master 2 and end of stuy internship) gross/month.

About You

ABOUT YOU :

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

- Is strong, disciplined, independent, and exhibits initiative and ownership when it comes to project management

- Is passionate about learning, People, and Insights; and is passionate about learning from the collective experience of the team members in the Research and Marketing fields

- Is an excellent communicator, whether written, verbal, or visual - is passionate about telling stories based on facts, data, and numbers

- Is bold and comfortable enough to engage internal and external stakeholders and partners in meetings to step in for members of the team, ask questions, share facts/data/insights which may result in questions or provocations

- pays great attention to details and values accuracy when dealing with numbers and facts

- has a strong affinity and is adept in Powerpoint, Excel, other relevant AI or online tools for collaboration, survey creations, and the like

- Can read numbers and do topline data analysis - Prior Insights internship/experience with a large multinational and in a global setting is a very big plus.
