Job summary

Eurazeo is seeking an Internship in Venture Digital in Paris and London, beginning January or March 2027. You will help source investment opportunities, participate in due diligence, and support portfolio monitoring across European growth companies.

This role requires a strong academic record, a keen interest in technology, and fluent English; candidates with an engineering or corporate finance background are welcome.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top-ranked business school.
• Engineering students with corporate finance background will be considered.
• Strong interest in tech.
• Fluency in English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Source and analyze investment opportunities.
• Carry out ad-hoc sectoral research (market analysis, competitive positioning).
• Participate in due diligence and deal structures.
• Design business plans and financial structures.
• Prepare and participate in committees and meetings and report in writing.
• Contribute to the general monitoring of portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

I. SOURCING
Source/identify and analyze investment opportunities;
Carry out ad‑hoc sectoral research (market analysis, competitive positioning, etc.);

II. DUE DILIGENCE & EXECUTION
Participate in due diligence and deal structures;
Design business plans and financial structures;
Prepare and participate in various committees/meetings and report in writing;

III. PORTOFOLIO
Contribute to the general monitoring of portfolio companies (review and analysis of reports and accounts)

Key Success Factor

• Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
• Strong interest in tech
• Strong analytical and modelling skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
• Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful;
• Fluency in English mandatory.
