Danone France is seeking a motivated intern to support the ChannelsExcellence agenda at the Paris head office from January 2027 for six months. You will drive newsletters, curate content, and animate communities while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and automation.

You will build knowledge libraries, contribute to global toolkits, and coordinate rollout activities with global and local teams, gaining international exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in FMCG or pharma is preferred or prior consulting exposure.
• International exposure through studies or teams is a plus.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This contract will take place in Paris, at our head office starting from January 2027 for a fixed period of 6 months.

Support the global ChannelsExcellenceagenda by animating our communities (buildnewsletters& animate online communities), driving editorial content (sharebest practices& latest updates,contribute tobooklets & toolkits, etc.) and supportingRoutetoMarketand Execution Excellence (roll-out of global programsand ad hoc projects). Leverage AI to accelerate content curation,insightsgeneration, and workflow automation.

• Own the monthly newsletter: develop the editorial plan, propose themes aligned with the existing template, and collaborate with the RTM Director and Ops Network Director to finalize content and publication. Ensure timely release within the RTM Community ENGAGE group.
• Support animation of communities: capture takeaways and publish actionable summaries & playbooks.
• Build and maintain a “best practice library” (SharePoint/Teams/Engage) with tagged assets (toolkits, case studies, planograms, RTM wins) for fast reuse by markets.
• Contribute to global channel toolkits development and to CBU deployment packs.
• Support ad-hoc RTM projects (e.g., booklets, tools, toolkits) as assigned by the RTM Director.
• Maintain up-to-date content and links to the RTM & DM tools library.
• Support the deployment of the Danone way of Execution. Help orchestrate the roll-out by coordinating activities between global and local teams, organizing deployment workshops, and ensuring alignment on key milestones and deliverables.
• Support adhoc projects.

• Compensation : M1/gap internship at 1300€/month, M2/end of study at 1500€/month.

About You

• Mindset:Curious,proactiveand collaborative.Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience:Previousinternship(s)in FMCG or pharma is preferredorfirst experience in consulting, ideally with internationalexperience(study abroad, international teams, or global company context).
• Languages:Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Skills:Strong communicationand editorial writing skills;proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint. Interest or experience in GenAI (prompting,summarization, content drafting) is highly valued.
