Coty is seeking a motivated intern for Global Business Development in Chloé & Marni Fragrances, Paris, starting January 2027. You will analyze sales and market performance, prepare strategic presentations and coordinate launches across two luxury brands within an international, cross-functional setting.

The role focuses on analysis, coordination and strategic projects, with exposure to Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and more. Omni-Working: hybrid model and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree and seeking a final-year internship in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data and presentations.

AsAssistantGlobalBusiness Development Chloé & Marni Fragrances Intern, you will work across two distinctive luxury brands.

This role combines strategic thinking, businessanalysisand cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.

As ourAssistantGlobalBusiness Development Chloé & Marni Fragrances, yourmain focusisanalysis,coordinationand strategy.

You will support the team in developing Chloé and Marni Fragrances across international markets. You will contribute to business analysis, launchpreparationand strategic projects, while coordinating closely withcross-functional teams.

Yourmain focus:

• AnalyzeSales,Distribution andMarketPerformance to support business decisions.

• Prepare strategic presentations, businessreviewsand recommendations for key projects.

• Coordinate product launches and commercial initiatives with markets andcross-functional teams

• Support international business opportunities across retailers,channelsand geographies.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, Trade Marketing and Fashion House.

The team is part of theConsumer Engagement organization, under the supervision of aSenior Business Development Manager. You will work closely with several departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Operating Office. Your colleagues are collaborative, international, business-oriented and passionate about fragrance.

Working in the team means being involved in a wide variety of strategic and operational topics, while taking ownership of meaningful projects from the beginning of the internship.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Other than that, you:

• Arecurrently completing a Master'sdegree and looking for a final-year internshipin Business, Marketing,or a related field.

• Arehighly comfortablewithExcelandPowerPointand enjoy working with data and presentations.

• Have stronganalytical, organizationalandcommunication skills.

• Are fluent inFrench &English
