An international events organizer in Paris is seeking a Trainee Exhibitor Relations Assistant for a 6-month internship starting January 2, 2026. In this role, you will help exhibitors prepare for events by answering questions, managing orders, and assisting on-site during set-up. WSN is the organiser of international fashion, lingerie and design events in Paris: Who's Next, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon international de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris and Matter and Shape.

We have been organising events for 30 years at the Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.

Our events enable French and international brands, creators and designers to present their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from all over the world.

THE POSITION

As a member of the WSN Exhibitor team, you will be responsible for helping exhibitors prepare for the show.

List of your missions

This list is not exhaustive:

• Answering exhibitors' questions by email and telephone (e.g. managing badges and buyer invitations, ordering furniture)
• Advise exhibitors on how to customise their stand and approve their layout proposals.
• Managing exhibitor orders: Receive, process and check exhibitor orders (placement on the show floor plan).
• Checking all the services required on the stands beforehand and during set-up (signs, furniture).
• Accompany exhibitors on site during the set-up and dismantling of the event

PROFIL REQUIRED

• Fluency in English
• You are comfortable using IT tools and have a good command of the Office pack
• You are rigorous, organised and autonomous
• You enjoy the world of trade shows and events
• You know how to manage stressful situations and organise your priorities
