Job summary

Danone is offering a Supply Planning Transformation Intern role to support the European Center of Excellence in end-to-end planning with o9 solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning, data analysis, and process improvements using the o9 platform for decision making. The internship lasts 6 months starting January 2027, with up to 2 remote days per week and a competitive stipend.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving, with hands-on mentality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; mastery in MS Excel and Power BI is highly desired.

This strategic initiative aims to enhance our supply chain efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and drive better decision-making across the organization. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Planning Transformation Intern to support our European Supply Planning Center of Excellence team. Position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

As a Supply Planning Transformation Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Planning Transformation team on the right implementation on o9 solutions as E2E Supply Planning tool in Danone.

Your objective will be to gain practical experience in supply chain management, enhance your analytical skills, and contribute to the efficient functioning of our supply chain processes using cutting-edge tools from the o9 platform.

This internship will take place in Limonest, starting from January 2027. The EU Supply Planning Transformation team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning and execution.
• Learn to use advanced tools from the o9 platform for data analysis and decision-making.
• Understand the dynamics of demand and supply in a real-world manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

EXEMPLE OF ACTIVITIES YOU'LL COVER:

1.Training & Change Management

• Train new users on planning processes and tool functionalities.
• Organize refresher sessions after releases or process changes.
• Develop user guides, quick reference cards and training materials.
• Promote best practices across sites, categories or regions.

2. Continuous Improvement

• Analyze Root Cause of defects and propose corrective actions
• Collect improvement opportunities from users.
• Review existing processes and identify efficiency gains.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for enhancements.
• Support implementation of new functionalities.
• Measure benefits after deployment.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school (Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics)
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving, with hands-on mentality to implement changes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships across all organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Mastery in MS Excel and Power BI is highly desired
