Job summary

Danone recrute un stagiaire pour rejoindre son siège à Paris (Rueil-Malmaison) dès janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois. Sous la supervision d’un Global Account Manager, vous apprendrez la négociation et la gestion de projets au sein d’un environnement international.

Profil Bac+4/5 et anglais courant requis; vous maîtrisez Excel et PowerPoint et bénéficiez d’un télétravail partiel (jusqu’à 2 jours/semaine) avec restaurant d’entreprise et salle de sport sur place.

Qualifications

• Appetences: empathie, motivation personnelle, proactivité, adaptabilité, collaboration.
• Langue: anglais courant exigé.
• Excel et PowerPoint de niveau intermédiaire requis.

Responsibilities

• Négociation avec des clients internationaux & Alliances (50%).
• Gestion des défis sur les marchés européens (EU).
• Renforcement des compétences en gestion de projet.
• Adaptation à une organisation matricielle avec des projets stratégiques (10%).

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris (Rueil-Malmaison), at our headquarters starting from January 2027. Alexandre, Global Account Manager will guide you through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Explore negotiation management with international customers & Alliances (50%): Understand the way of negotiating & customer management with our customer and alliances.


• Navigate diverse challenges across EU Markets (20%): Grasp the unique challenges posed by different European markets.


• Enhance project management skills (20%): Develop your abilities in project management.


• Adapt to a Matrix Organization with Strategic Projects (10%): Learn how to thrive in a matrix organization while tackling strategic initiatives.

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months


• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school

• Language: English fluent is a must


• Software: Experienced in Excel and you feel comfortable with Power point on intermediary level
