Moët Hennessy in Paris is offering a 6-month data analyst internship in the Finance Department to bridge Finance, IT, and BI tool expertise. You will collaborate with Data Product Owners to develop dashboards and improve data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes data governance, change management, and automation, with a focus on delivering user-friendly insights and scalable processes within a global luxury group.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student in Engineering, Business school with a major in Finance, project/data management, computer science or similar fields
• Strong interest in challenges related to user experience
• Analytical skills and critical thinking, comfortable with data manipulation (knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, SQL code or other BI tools would be a plus)
• Excellent written and organizational skills, effective communication and team player mentality
• Curious, reliable and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
• French: Native/Fluent, English: Professional working proficiency

Responsabilités

• Change Management: Facilitate Finance community’s engagement with data tools to accelerate adoption and improve sharing of best practices. Create how-to guides, support training, organize sharing sessions, collect feedback and data needs
• Data Governance: Ensure data reliability from different sources, collect, clean and prep data for AI analysis, document tools for long-term value, manage access per security requirements
• Automate tasks by creating new tools: Power BI reports for access monitoring, dashboards to track data refresh issues, and other deliverables based on validated requests

Job responsibilities

Present your Department & the Missions:

- Our team effectively bridges the gap between our Finance community, IT teams, and other stakeholders involved in maintaining existing financial BI tools or implementing new ones.

- To accelerate the deployment of data tools within our finance community, we are seeking an intern who is passionate about data, finance, and continuous improvement.

- This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced Product Owners and gain hands‑on experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities : Working in close collaboration with Data Product Owners from our team, you will primarily contribute to delivering new dashboards, promoting existing ones within the finance community, and enhancing user experience:

• Change Management: Facilitate the Finance community’s engagement with data tools to accelerate adoption and improve the sharing of best practices.
  • Create “how-to” guides, support training
  • Organize sharing sessions
  • Collect feedback and data need
• Data Governance
  • Ensure the reliability of data coming from different sources
  • Collect, clean and prep the data needed for AI analysis
  • Documentation: Create/update documentation for the team regarding data finance tools to facilitate long-term value and knowledge retention
  • Manage access to meet security requirements
• Automate certain tasks within the team by creating new and innovative tools such as:
  • Power BI reports for leaver/movers’ access monitoring.
  • Power BI dashboards to track data refreshment job scheduler issues.
  • Other deliverables, based on validated requests.

Profile
