Job summary

EUROAPI's Paris head office offers a 6-month internship as CRM & Marketing Data Specialist Assistant in the Marketing & Commercial Development team.

You will support day-to-day CRM administration, assist with data analysis and reporting for sales and marketing teams, and help maintain data accuracy and reliability in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Business Administration or Marketing with data management focus.
• Autonomous and structured with good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to take initiative.
• Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Support daily CRM administration and issue handling (Salesforce).
• Analyze and report sales and marketing data to generate KPI insights.
• Assist in data cleansing and master data maintenance across systems (SAP, etc).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
• Contribute to CRM feature training and marketing automation efforts.
