Job summary

Euroapi recherche un stagiaire CRM & Marketing Data Assistant pour rejoindre l’équipe Marketing et Développement Commercial à Paris. Vous soutiendrez l’exploitation du CRM et analyserez les données commerciales pour préparer des rapports pour les équipes vente et marketing.

Sous la supervision du CRM & Data Specialist, vous participerez à la maintenance du CRM Salesforce, au nettoyage des données et à la création de KPI dashboards, en utilisant Excel et PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Étudiant en Business Administration ou Marketing (Bachelor/Master).
• Bonne capacité de communication et esprit d’équipe.
• Anglais courant et excellent niveau de français.

Responsibilities

• Maintenir et administrer le CRM Salesforce au quotidien.
• Traiter les demandes via ServiceNow et résoudre les incidents.
• Analyser les données pour générer des rapports et KPI dashboards.
• Contribuer au Lead to Cash et à la qualité des données CRM.
• Travailler avec SAP et d'autres systèmes pour aligner les Master Data.
• Former les utilisateurs sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités CRM.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join EUROAPI’s Marketing and Commercial Development team on an internship 6 months, in the role of CRM & Marketing Data Specialist Assistant, in our Paris head office. Reporting to the CRM & Data Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of the CRM system and help analyze sales data to generate insightful reports for the sales and marketing teams.

Your missions

• Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Deal with requests and incidents, acting as the direct interlocutor with ITS function (through ServiceNow) to resolve business-impacting issues.
• Perform data analysis to generate reports on sales team performance and customer engagement metrics (KPI Dashboard customization according to end-to-end process needs for API & CDMO)
• Build linkage and traceability on Lead to Cash process to understand which prospects are resulting in a business
• Contribute to the cleansing, organization and updates of CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Manage master data, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with other systems (SAP, Supply tool…)
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements for business insights.
• Support the Sales Teams and develop up-to-date training to keep users updated on CRM new features.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM features, marketing trends, and industry best practices.

Our requirements

• Studying towards a degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Administration, Marketing (data management)
• Autonomous and structured
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Curious, solution-oriented, and focused on problem-solving
• Good understanding of IT tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Databases)
• Good level in French & English

Vos missions

• Participer à la maintenance et à l'administration quotidienne du système de gestion de la relation client (CRM Salesforce)
• Traiter les demandes et les incidents via l’outil de ticketing ServiceNow, et contribuer à la résolution des bugs et incidents ayant un impact sur l'activité des métiers
• Contribuer au nettoyage, à l'organisation et à la mise à jour des données CRM afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et la fiabilité
• Création de liens et de traçabilité sur le processus Lead to Cash pour comprendre quels sont les prospects qui aboutissent à une offre commerciale
• Administrer les Master Data, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient à jour et alignées avec les autres systèmes (SAP, outil d'approvisionnement…)
• Travailler avec des équipes transverses pour rassembler et comprendre les besoins en données afin d'obtenir des informations sur le business
• Contribuer à l’actualisation des formations visant à tenir les utilisateurs au courant des nouvelles fonctionnalités du CRM
• Veiller à la qualité des data pour l’utilisation dans les campagnes automatisées via l’outil marketing cloud et soutenir cette activité
• Assurer une veille des nouvelles fonctionnalités CRM, des tendances marketing et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie

Votre profil

• En cours d'obtention d'un diplôme (Bachelor ou Master) en Business Administration, Marketing
• Autonome et structuré(e)
• Bonne capacité de communication et aptitude à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe
• Proactif/ve et adaptable, avec une volonté d'apprendre et de prendre des initiatives
• Aisance avec les outils informatiques (par exemple Excel, PowerPoint, bases de données)
• Excellent niveau de français et anglais
