Sephora is seeking a CDI Responsable Cockpit Achats / Marge to lead margin and purchasing strategies within the S+ Finance Department. You will manage a 2-person team and collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize product margins and drive strategic decision making.

Ideal candidates will have a Master 2, 7+ years of experience in margin concepts, and strong BI tool skills, with leadership, reliability, and a rigorous analytical mindset a must.

Within the S+ Finance Department (the company in charge of Sephora Collection, Sephora's own brand), you report to the S+ Finance Director and manage a team of 2 people, while working in close collaboration with the Finance, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. The role of Cockpit Manager has a structuring ambition: to develop a deep understanding of our purchases and our margin levers in order to anticipate future margins, set target objectives, and inform strategic decisions regarding product offerings.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Product Margin Management

• Guarantee a good level of margin per product / range / category / region
• Be the internal reference for the profitability of our products

Support in purchasing management

• Analyze purchase costs and total costs: Standard price; MOQ / BQ and volume effects; Supply constraints; Impacts of Supply Chain leverage costs
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to support negotiations and arbitrations by assisting them in structuring their benchmarking tools

Projection of Future Margins and Definition of Target Margins

• Build predictive margin models based on sales assumptions by region, product mix, target transfer prices, purchase prices
• Be the partner of the Market CDG teams in the construction of budget assumptions
• Guide the Purchasing team on necessary value analysis projects and support them in the calculation and monitoring of these projects
• Define target margins by category / region in conjunction with Finance and Marketing

Management of cross-functional IT projects for Sephora Collection's finance department, in relation to the scope

• Graduate of a Master 2 from a business / engineering school or university, you have successful experience in Product CDG / Pricing / RGM / Purchasing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• You have a solid understanding of margin mechanisms and are comfortable with purchasing concepts.
• You master BI tools and have an interest in IT developments.
• Leadership, reliability, rigor, developed analytical mind, synthesis skills, strong appetite for IT, relational ease, and a sense of service are essential qualities for this position.
