Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is offering a 6-month internship in the Telecom & Tech Industry Group as a Corporate Finance Relationship Assistant starting January 2027.

You will work in a multicultural team across Europe, the Americas and APAC, performing sector research, financial modeling, analyses, and preparation of pitches with other CIB lines.

Qualifications

• BAC +5 in corporate finance from university, business school or engineering school.
• Interest in Telecoms & Tech sector.
• Understanding of financial statements, credit analysis and accounting principles.
• Rigor and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong command of PowerPoint, Excel (VBA) and Word.

Job Description

You are joining our Telecom & Tech Industry Group team, which is looking for a Corporate Finance Relationship Assistant, for an internship of 6 months from January 2027.

As an intern in the Telecom & Tech Industry Group, you will work within a multicultural team present in Europe, the Americas and APAC.

The team’s objective is to bring the widest range of solutions possible to its clients in the telecommunications sector, particularly in terms of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment banking and structured finance.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Carry out sectoral research in the fields of telecoms and technology;
• Develop solid analytical expertise in this sector;
• Perform financial modeling in Excel;
• Conduct financial analysis of companies;
• Prepare commercial presentations (pitches) in coordination with the other business lines of the CIB.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• As a BAC +5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in corporate finance.
• You have a keen interest in the Telecoms & Tech sector.
• You have a good understanding of financial statements, credit analysis and accounting principles.
• You show rigor and a great sense of organization.
• You have a perfect command of PowerPoint, Excel (VBA) and Word.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
