Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is seeking a Syndication - Aviation Assistant for a 6-month internship starting October 2026. You will work with the Syndication team on aircraft financing transactions, alongside Origination and Portfolio Management units in Paris, Singapore and New York.

You will support syndication tasks, draft notices, and help with market research, presentations and KYC-related reporting, with an emphasis on collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• As a 4/5 year higher education candidate, you are preparing a degree (university or business school).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
• Initial banking experience would be appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Support the syndication team in their work.
• Attend discussions with the aviation origination teams based in Paris, Singapore and New York.
• Assist in establishing syndication strategies on transactions and drafting syndication notices, as well as carrying out further research in this regard.
• Assist in discussions with sales teams for the distribution of transactions.
• Participate in the updating of market databases and prepare presentations on the sector.
• Supporting syndicators in the processes of syndication: general syndication, syndications by mutual agreement.
• Support the team’s efforts in reporting and tasks related to syndication (particularly counterparty KYC).

Job Description

You are joining our Syndication team, which is looking for a Syndication - Aviation Assistant for an internship. 6 months from'October 2026.

The team works closely with the Origination and Portfolio Management teams on all transactions related to aircraft financing.
