Role Overview

You will review and evaluate online video search results to improve their content and quality. This includes providing feedback and analysis on video content found in search engine results and rating their relevance to search terms. A key aspect involves reviewing and evaluating potentially upsetting or offensive material to make internet browsing safer for all users. Your work will contribute to protecting users from unsuitable content and improving online search experiences.

Candidate Profile

We seek dynamic and creative individuals interested in improving online search results who are comfortable with viewing and working on sensitive and adult content. Candidates must own and regularly use a smartphone (Android or iPhone) and have familiarity with social media and Google products. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to interpret guidelines are essential.

Work Arrangement

Work from home with flexible hours, averaging 10 to 20 hours weekly depending on task availability. Candidates must have a specific smartphone device: Android V4.2+ or iPhone iOS 10.0+.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in written and verbal English & French.
• Resided in France for the last 3 consecutive years.
• Own and use a compatible smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Primary Gmail account.
• Familiarity with current and past media, social media, and cultural affairs in France.
• Experience with web browsers and smartphone apps.
• Understanding of social media environments, trends, memes, and virality.
• Access to broadband internet and a computer setup at your own expense.
