Salary: On-Target-Earning (OTE) includes a startingCOMPETITIVEREGIONALbaserange of€75,000 -€146,000; it could be higher depending on individual effort and contribution.
The successful candidate\'s starting base will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, andgeographiclocation. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the base range for this role. The OTE will include a competitive base, commission, and bonus structure.
The International Sales Manager (EMEA) is responsible for driving strategic growth and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role serves as the primary commercial lead for the region, promoting RheoSense’s viscometry solutions to key sectors including biotech, pharmaceuticals, academia, and industrial R&D. By building strong customer relationships, managing channel partners, and executing targeted sales strategies, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, revenue, and customer satisfaction throughout the EMEA region.
The ideal person for the Sales Manager (EMEA) role would be someone who blends technical fluency with regional business savvy and a natural talent for relationship-building.
