The Role
As International Food Ingredients Sales Manager, you will accelerate growth and expand global reach. You will join the sales team led directly by the CEO and co-led by several category experts and specific verticals. Your goal will be to:
- Drive B2B ingredient sales worldwide.
- Prospect new countries, regions, and accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while unlocking upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve ambitious, uncapped sales targets while optimizing portfolio profitability.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing, quality, logistics, and R&D teams.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in B2B food ingredients sales.
- Technical food background (ideally agro-engineering but not necessarily).
- Expertise in at least one category: herbs & spices, juice derivatives, fruit & vegetable extracts, etc.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

- Be coachable and contribute to the Sales academy currently created by the client to onboard sales teams on its specific needs
Location & Conditions
- Hybrid role: open worldwide, with flexibility to work remotely.
- Some on-site presence is appreciated during onboarding to best connect with the team.
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI).
