Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales management professional with extensive experience in key markets such as water infrastructure, smart grids, HVAC, or street lighting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and energize our international sales team, support market development, and represent our global customers.
  • Develop international markets in Latin America, the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia), West Africa, Benelux, Nordics, Southeast Asia, and Oceania.
  • Structure and coordinate a multi-country sales team, including local hires and external contractors.
  • Drive growth aligned with our international sales budget and develop strategies to expand our footprint.
  • Represent LACROIX at high levels with key clients, public utilities, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to influence product strategy based on customer needs.
  • Lead sales operations with rigor, aligning with Business Units’ objectives, and develop local initiatives.

You will report directly to the Executive Managing Director of LACROIX Environment and collaborate with international sales teams, local contractors, marketing, and customer success teams. You will lead a team of around 9 people, with growth expected.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership to represent LACROIX with C-level clients.
  • Proven success in managing international sales teams and delivering results.
  • Ability to coach and develop salespeople with clear objectives.
  • Business acumen in industrial or infrastructure solutions.
  • Capacity to represent the customer’s voice internally and influence product strategies.
  • Experience in industrial automation or similar fields.
  • Background in key markets: water, energy, public infrastructure.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), with German or French as a strong asset.
