International Recruitment Project Manager (M/F)

Directly reporting to the Executive Committee and working closely with local business leaders and recruitment teams across several countries, you will:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our business model, where the quantity and quality of our buyers directly impact growth and performance.
  • Observe and benchmark recruitment methods, tools, and teams dedicated to purchasing / trading across our offices in France, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Colombia, Tunisia, India, and beyond.
  • Analyze and assess current recruitment programs, evaluating their alignment with local and global business needs.
  • Map performance, harmonize KPIs, identify best practices, and lead their implementation to optimize processes and measure both quantitative and qualitative improvements.
  • Guide and challenge local recruitment teams in sourcing strategies, processes, evaluation tools, and profile management.
  • Advise country recruitment managers based on purchasing teams’ expectations, while consolidating insights and progress updates for top management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of international experience in organizational management, HR support services, or similar functions.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, ATS systems, digital and AI-based recruitment tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in both English and French, confident working with data, systems, and KPIs.
  • Enthusiastic about international travel and willing to divide time between HQ in France and extended stays in our international recruitment hubs (valid passport required).
