Hello Tomorrow in Paris is looking for an International Projects Analyst to assist in coordinating venture-building programs and transforming scientific breakthroughs into market-ready solutions. This role requires a scientific or engineering background and a passion for deep tech and innovation.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to manage project performance and deliver high-quality content. You'll also have opportunities for team-building and contribute to a supportive, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consulting firm, startup, or incubator/accelerator.
• Understanding of technical subjects such as semiconductor, AI, or energy.
• Previous experience in a growing startup is a plus.

As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for an International Projects Analyst who will support the commercialization of deep-tech innovations by coordinating venture-building programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and helping researchers transform scientific breakthroughs into market-ready ventures.

You will be part of the Consulting team and we are looking for someone who is passionate about deep tech and innovation, highly organized and proactive, and eager to support researchers and startups.

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Tech to Market Program

Hello Tomorrow is involved in the coordination and implementation of the Tech to Market, a European Innovation Council initiative that supports deep-tech researchers and innovators at a pivotal stage: transforming scientific breakthroughs into market-ready solutions.

Through hands‑on training and structured venture‑building support, the Programme enables teams to validate their business ideas, connect with ecosystem stakeholders, build the right venture team, and develop the capabilities needed to turn promising research into viable deep‑tech ventures.

The Programme is open to EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition beneficiaries, EIC Transition Seal of Excellence holders, all entities eligible for EIC Transition projects, and Women TechEU awardees.

It combines two complementary services:

• EIC Entrepreneurial Trainings: Build the knowledge and commercial understanding needed to bring deep-tech innovations to the market.
• EIC Venture Building Services: Support selected EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition teams in shaping, structuring and growing their ventures towards investment and early scale‑up.

More precisely, you will:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating HT’s actions internally (with the different teams) and externally (with the consortium)
• Support, with the supervision of the PM, 1 or more tasks/streams of your choice within HT’s scope in the project
• Support the PM in the reporting to the EIC and tracking of our impact KPIs
• Answer client’s needs and meet their expectation by delivering curated high-quality content

International & other projects

Hello Tomorrow aims at developing its activity with international institutions. After successfully completing assignments with several governments or related institutions, we are taking a pro‑active approach to this segment.

More precisely, you will:

• Participate in the development of RFPs and tenders for other international projects

Internal activities

The consulting team is a team of 20 people, spread across different expertise. However, we strive at developing a single culture and a strong team spirit. To that aim, we have developed several team buildings and internal activities.

More precisely, you will:

• Drive potential startup evaluations for our annual competition based on your expertise
• Leverage your work to develop deep tech‑related content by participating in Hello Tomorrow’s articles, and to build your own expertise on a specific deep tech field
• Support Hello Tomorrow’s initiative toward public institutions during the Hello Tomorrow Summit

You must have a scientific / engineering background or have a good understanding of technical subjects, particularly in areas such as semiconductor, AI or energy.

You have a good knowledge of emerging technologies to be able to understand what deep tech startups are doing at least on a high level.

You might have previous experience in a consulting firm, startup or incubator/accelerator (internships included).

Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus.

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF

• You don’t have a valid visa for the whole period of the internship.
• You are not eligible to sign a convention de stage.
• You are not available for a 6‑month full‑time internship (35 hours/week).
• You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on‑site).
